Briers North

Briers North is a residential community in Dunwoody, Georgia, just north of Atlanta. The primary builder, Duane Brownlow, was a creative craftsman who took design inspiration from Victorian architecture. He built a unique community of homes that are full of variety and rich in design and detailing.

Not long after the community was established, Briers North's most famous tradition began: Halloween! Briers North has become a mecca for trick-or-treaters of all ages. Everyone gets involved with elaborate house decorations, costumes, and barrels of candy. Many visitors from near and far come to enjoy an astonishing evening.

Attractive architecture, helpful neighbors, and ample social activities make Briers North a truly great place to live. In addition, the neighborhood offers easy access to I-285, I-85, downtown Atlanta, and the northern suburbs.
