Briers North is a residential community in Dunwoody, Georgia, just north of Atlanta. The
primary builder, Duane Brownlow, was a creative
craftsman who took design inspiration from Victorian architecture. He
built a unique community of homes that are full of variety and rich in
design and detailing.
Not
long after the community was established, Briers North's most famous
tradition began: Halloween! Briers North has become a mecca for
trick-or-treaters of all ages. Everyone gets involved with elaborate
house decorations, costumes, and barrels of candy. Many visitors from
near and far come to enjoy an astonishing evening.

Briers North a truly great place to live. In addition, the neighborhood
offers easy access to I-285, I-85, downtown Atlanta, and the northern
suburbs.
